Grok Bot for teams: Team Bots video, a 204-ticket sweep, and a community push

TL;DR

  • Oct 16: a post says SpaceXAI opened up the Grok Bots its own team uses, and Elon Musk replied about a business-focused "Hagglebot."
  • Oct 21: a support team's write-up says a bot cleared 204 tickets in about 10 minutes, with a person approving the batch.
  • Oct 23: a Team Bots walkthrough says they are "currently available to Teams & Enterprise customers."
  • Oct 22-26: an unconfirmed early-build sighting, a changelog tightening of who can open a Team Bot, and a call for community feedback.

All times are Central Time.

The team's own bots, and Hagglebot (Oct 16)

On October 16, @0x_kaize posted that SpaceXAI "just opened up the Grok Bots their OWN team uses."

SpaceXAI just opened up the Grok Bots their OWN team uses For example, Haggle Bot saved the team over $100K in its first week

The $100K figure in that post is the poster's claim. We did not find a source for it in the post or the changelog. Elon Musk replied the same afternoon:

@elonmusk

@0x_kaize We are putting a lot of effort into a specialized Hagglebot for business use, as we think it could improve enterprise cost-efficiency by 5% or more.

The reply describes an effort and a hope ("we think it could improve"). It does not announce a release date. A separate post from @tibor_tee points to the guides page and says many Grok Bot guides come from SpaceXAI teams, with examples in recruiting, legal operations and post-sales.

A 204-ticket incident sweep (Oct 21)

The most concrete example in the batch is a support workflow. @kiaraplds posted a summary and linked the full article.

@kiaraplds

204 support tickets answered in about 10 minutes after an incident. Three bots, each with one job, and a person approving before anything sends. That's the pattern I'd copy.

The article says an incident on September 18 led a Bot called IncidentSweep to clear 204 tickets in about 10 minutes, with a support engineer reviewing and approving the batch. It describes a second Bot, IncidentWatch, that every five minutes reviews the previous 15 minutes of tickets for spikes and alerts the on-call engineer. The article says IncidentSweep shows the proposed batch and exact message before sending, never adds tickets after approval, and stops and reports if anything fails. The pattern to note: each Bot has one job, and a person approves before anything is sent. That matches the advice in Write the stop line.

Team Bots (Oct 23)

@mattyp posted a walkthrough of Team Bots, Grok Bots for a whole team.

@mattyp

Team Bots - Grok Bots for your whole team Currently available to Teams & Enterprise customers - more soon!

The post lists chapters including "Connecting your tools," "How to make one," and "Under the hood." It says Team Bots are "currently available to Teams & Enterprise customers - more soon!" The changelog shows how fast that area moved. v0.75.2 (Oct 22) lets page owners share a Page with their whole organization and lets team admins upload a team icon and turn on link previews for Team Bots. v0.75.8 (Oct 24) says people not on a Team Bot's share list, including teammates, no longer have access until an owner shares it with them.

Not live: gifts and sharing by email (Oct 22)

@GrokBotRadar

This is a sighting by a third-party account in an early build. The post says it is "Not live yet." We could not find an official announcement, so treat gifting and one-Bot sharing by email as rumor until Grok Bot posts about it.

Community programs (Oct 26)

@benln

Calling all @Bot fans We're working on new community programs around Grok Bot and would love your take:

On Monday @benln asked Grok Bot fans for input on "new community programs" through a form. Another post from the same account listed in-person events for the next seven days, from Halifax and Toronto on October 26 to Seoul on November 1, with RSVPs on Luma.
