Faster replies (Oct 16)
The official Grok Bot account posted a Friday thread of updates. One of them was speed.
Other posts in that thread covered a refreshed look with a new typeface and themes, faster voice calls, and notifications that go only to the device you're using. Email plus aliases and tagging @bot on X, also in the thread, already have write-ups: email plus aliases and tag @bot on X. On October 20, @mattyp published a walkthrough with chapters for chat cards, speed, email aliases, X DMs and voice calls, and Elon Musk quoted it as a "Big Grok @Bot update."
iPhone Action Button (Oct 19)
The post gives one instruction: set it as your Action Button, then press it to talk with Bot.
Pages (Oct 21-22)
The official reply said it was rolling out that day on the latest mobile and desktop clients. The changelog entry for v0.75.2 (dated Oct 22) says Bots can build Pages, such as reports, memos and dashboards, that you edit together or have the Bot keep up to date. The same release lists video creation from a description or an image, a pinned section in the Library, Shop Pay, and one-tap X Money connections. Team admins also got controls over who can share Pages.
Vault and email forwarding (Oct 23)
The changelog for v0.75.5 adds detail. Bots can save your logins, cards and contact info to a Vault in Settings and fill them in to sign in or check out. It also says that after you deny an approval card, the Bot stops and does not retry that action until you send another message, and that routines can now run up to 300 times an hour in total, up from 100. If you plan to put cards or logins in a Vault, read Connectors before passwords and keep your stop lines in place.
Auto-review rules in chat (Oct 26)
The changelog lists v0.75.8 as new on October 24 and says it also includes 0.75.6 and 0.75.7. A Bot can now offer to add, change or remove one of your Auto-review rules on a card you confirm. It requires version 0.75.2 or later. The same entry says Auto-review takes a second look before it shows an approval card, "so fewer safe actions need one," and that Team Bot access is limited to people on its share list until an owner shares it with them.
What this means
This is our read, not something the posts say: the week's changes are about what a Bot can do on its own and how you supervise it. Pages and higher routine limits make unattended work easier. The Vault and Auto-review rules decide what happens when that work reaches logins or purchases. See Write the stop line and Review before you automate.
