1. Try the quick fixes first
Most questions already have an answer on the site. These four usually get you unstuck fastest:
- FAQ: short answers to the questions people ask most.
- Glossary: what "template," "routine," "skill," and the rest actually mean.
- Quick help: the little help button in the corner of every page.
- What is a Grok Bot?: start here if you're brand new.
2. Have a bot.ski account?
Eventually you'll be able to message Botski right here on bot.ski. That isn't switched on yet, so for now please email us.
Email hello@bot.ski and say you have an account. Include your X handle if you signed in with X.
3. No account?
That's fine. Email hello@bot.ski. A real person reads that inbox.
If you'd like to stick around, join as a Creator. It's free and you don't need a Grok Bot. When messaging turns on, Creators will be able to use it.
4. What we can help with (and what we can't)
We can help with: Finding the right Learn guide or FAQ; questions about bot.ski itself (Creator profile, Hall, Featured, site bugs); pointing to the official place for everything else.
We can't help with: Grok Bot account/sign-in/plan/billing; Grok Bot app bugs; anything only xAI can change.
