Hide is a sidebar choice
People tidy the sidebar when a Bot is noisy. Official docs still separate visibility from arming. If a routine is enabled, stepping the Bot out of sight does not, by itself, guarantee the clock stopped.
Pause on purpose
When a job should sleep, use the product controls that pause or disable the routine. Say the stop clearly in the Bot’s standing rules too: no send, no post, no pay while paused.
Shared-computer habits still apply. A paused Bot remains on the same account computer as your other Bots. Files and browser sessions it already left behind can still matter to the rest of the team on that account.
