Workflow
Also called work flow.
A workflow is a connected sequence of steps that takes a task from a starting input to an intended result.
Example
A support workflow is: read the ticket, check the order, draftA draft is work that is not finalized yet. a reply, and wait for a person to send it. The draft step does not skip the approval.
Why it matters
The steps can be manual, automated, or mixed. Naming the workflow is how you talk about the whole path, not only the last button.
Common confusion
A workflow is the path. A single tool, model, or bot is not the whole workflow.
