Request ID
Also called copy request id.
A request ID is a code you copy from a message (right-click, Copy request ID) so support can find a failed run.
Example
A task fails. You right-click the message, copy the request ID, and include it in your bug report.
Why it matters
CursorCursor is a coding agent for building software: you use it to understand a codebase, plan and build features, fix bugs, and review changes.'s how-to page says to right-click a message and choose Copy request ID. Support can use that code to find the run.
How it shows up on bot.ski
bot.ski cannot look up request IDs. Send them to official support.
Common confusion
A request ID is not your account ID or a Bot share link. It identifies one message's run.
