Artifact

Also called Artifacts.

In Meta Muse, an Artifact is a rich, interactive thing Muse makes for you, such as a document, PDF, web page, or dashboard, instead of a plain chat reply.

Example

You ask for a spending tracker and get an interactive dashboard, not a paragraph of text.

Why it matters

Meta says: “Muse also can produce things for you — documents, PDFs, web pages, and more.” Artifacts are sent through the chat and can also live outside it, for answers where a block of text is the wrong shape.

Common confusion

An Artifact is an output Muse builds, not a chat message. It can keep living outside the conversation.
