Secret (Grok Bot)

Also called secret, secrets.

In Grok Bot, a secret is a key or credential saved in a masked, write-only field. Bots can use it, but the value is never shown again.

Example

You save an API key as a secret. Later the field looks blank. The key is still saved; the field just never shows the value.

Why it matters

Cursor's help page on secrets describes masked, write-only fields for keys and credentials. Bots can use a saved secret, but the value is not shown again after you save it.

How it shows up on bot.ski

bot.ski never asks for your keys. Do not paste a secret into any bot.ski form.

Common confusion

A blank secret field does not mean the key was deleted. Do not paste a key into chat instead of a secret field.
