Why it matters
Instinct's own terms name the operator as Spear Street Technology, Inc., doing business as Instinct, and say users must be 18 or older. The terms say disconnecting a connected service does not delete data already indexed; deletion is requested separately. They also say some actions may not be reversible.
Texting is how you reach it. It does not tell you how much authority it has. Check what each connection allows before you hand over a task.
Common confusion
Disconnecting an account and deleting copied information are different steps. Plans, regions, and waitlist status change, so those details stay on Instinct's pages.
