Help

  • Writing & ContentWhat are skills and routines?

A skill is a reusable set of instructions for how to do a task: when to use it, what it needs, the steps, how to check the result, what to return, and what requires approval. A routine assigns a workflow to one Bot and tells it when to run, on a schedule or, where supported, after an event. Official docs say to make a one-time task reliable, save it as a skill, and only then automate it. Private skills are one library shared by your Bots. On desktop, type / to reference a skill and @ for a Bot, group, routine, or connector. Connect Apps is where you install connectors and packaged skills.
