Botski is designed to ask for information when a feature needs it. You can learn from public guides without signing in or joining a mailing list. The full Privacy Policy explains the details.
What each choice means
| Your choice | What Botski needs | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Read public guides | Basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site | No account or newsletter signup is required |
| Create an account with X | A stable identity and limited public profile information | You can use available private account features |
| Receive email updates | An email you provide and confirm | We send the optional Botski updates you requested |
| Save a bot record | The record's details and your ownership information | It stays private until you choose publication |
| Publish a listing or contribution | The public fields and attribution you approve | Other people and search engines can see it |
| Ask for support | A reply address and your message | We use it to respond; it does not enroll you in updates |
Your email stays private
An email for updates is optional. We do not pull it from your X account, put it on your public profile, or give it to unrelated advertisers. Our email provider processes it to deliver the messages you request. You can subscribe without a Botski account.
Change your mind
- Use the unsubscribe link in an update to stop marketing without signing in.
- Use account settings, where available, to edit saved information or request account closure.
- Unpublish a listing to remove its public view while keeping your private record.
- Contact hello@bot.ski to request access, correction, deletion, or help with a preference.
Unsubscribing does not delete your account. Closing an account stops marketing linked to that account, but it does not delete a bot or template on Grok Bot. A separate email-only subscription can be stopped through its unsubscribe link.
We retain limited records where needed for security, legal obligations, and your do-not-email choice. See the retention table in our Privacy Policy. Copies of content that you made public may remain with other people or search engines after removal from Botski.
Practical privacy
Do not put passwords, private claim links, API keys, or another person's private information into a public certificate, template, or handbook contribution. Review the publication preview before sharing.
Botski is an independent website. Your X and Grok Bot accounts have their own privacy settings and policies.
