Does Grok Bot keep working when my laptop is closed?
Yes. Official docs say the work runs on the cloud computer. Closing the app, your laptop, or your phone does not stop a background turn or a routine. You still review the result and any approval when you are back. The computer is shared by every Bot on your account, so a routine that keeps running is using that shared machine, not a private one.

If you are away for a long time
Official skills docs say Grok Bot may ask whether to keep routines running after a long period away, and may pause them if there is no response. Check paused routines when you return. Hiding a Bot does not pause those routines by itself.
