Who it helps: builders creating a first durable Bot, and anyone about to Share as Template or Add a share. What it is: official Bot lifecycle — create, edit, pin/hide, duplicate (no history copy), Public or Team-only share, Add creates an independent config copy; strip secrets before sharing; delete Bot does not wipe shared computer files. Try first: open the share / Add section and confirm what a share does not copy. Access: free to read; create/share/Add need the app and an eligible plan.
